The new Trace Path feature simplifies this process by allowing you to view the predecessors and successors for any selected activity or milestone. This view eliminates unnecessary clutter, enabling you to focus on the essential connections that impact your project. The initial trace shows three levels of connections; expanding reveals one level at a time.
As Late as Possible Constraint: The As Late As Possible constraint allows you to delay an activity until the last moment without impacting the overall project deadline.
